Diagnostic Use and Interpretation

Sezary cells can be found in Mycosis fungoides and Sezary syndrome ( T cell cutaneous lymphoma). The abnormal cells in the peripheral blood have a characteristic, cerebriform nucleus with tightly intertwined nuclear lobes and scanty cytoplasm.
