Requests for a CSF PCR panel will be routinely assayed via the Meningitis/Encephalitis FilmArray conducted in Microbiology.
Specific requests for EBV and JC virus will be conducted in Virology. The clinical team must discuss these requests with the Clinical Virologist prior to sending the sample
