CPD2 mL CPD Bone Marrow (Preferred)
EDTA4 mL EDTA Blood
EDTA2 mL EDTA Bone Marrow
Turnaround Time: Within 2 weeks, 4 days
Diagnostic Use and Interpretation

This assay uses fluorescent labelling technology and fragment length analysis to establish the ratio of the the mutant (ITD) FLT3 allele to the wild type FLT3 allele. Based on this ratio a patient can be assigned to various prognostic groups.
