Note: All samples should be forwarded to LabPlus at room temperature within 24hours.


CPD12 mL CPD Blood (Preferred)
EDTA4.5 mL Paediatric EDTA Blood
EDTA12 mL EDTA Blood
CPD4.5 mL Paediatric CPD Blood
Turnaround Time: Within 2 weeks, 4 days
Diagnostic Use and Interpretation

T-cell separtaion can be performed on blood samples to enrich for Lymphoid (CD3+) cells. 

DNA Chimerism studies will be required following a sex-matched bone marrow transplant. Please submit a second CPD tube with the Donor Storage specimen, if this service is clinically indicated.
If a bone marrow transplant is sex-mismatched, FISH chimerism studies should be considered instead.
